There Was No Real Guide for Relocating to Minnesota
When buyers from California, Texas, Arizona, and Illinois started reaching out to me about moving to Minnesota, I noticed a consistent problem: they had done research online, but what they found was either useless generic content ("Minnesota has 10,000 lakes!") or thinly veiled real estate marketing designed to get them to fill out a lead form.
Nobody had built a genuinely useful, honest, comprehensive resource that answered the real questions: Which suburb is actually right for my family? What do my kids' school options really look like? What will my budget actually buy here? What am I signing up for with Minnesota winters?
I built this site to answer those questions honestly — even when the honest answer is complicated or cuts against what a buyer initially wants to hear. A buyer who makes an informed decision about where to live is a happy client. A buyer who feels misled becomes a regretful one. This site exists to create informed buyers.
Every suburb profile, school assessment, and cost comparison on this site reflects what I actually tell clients in real conversations. The "honest assessments" are honest — including the cons and considerations that most real estate websites wouldn't publish. I believe in radical transparency because it builds trust.
